Nāmasmarana or repeating a divine name is said to be the easiest way to reach liberation in this age. Bhajan is a devotional practice of singing names, descriptions, feelings, or poetry with joy and creating an atmosphere of love. 

Each month I will present a new bhajan/kirtan from my tradition as well the explanations and/or stories. You can then learn the song in your own time and sing it in your personal practice. Recordings will be available afterward. 

Criteria: No previous experience is necessary

Commitment: Live every first Friday of the month for 30 minutes on my YouTube restarting on September 1st 2023 at 10:00am PDT.

Un bhajan al mes

Se dice que Nāmasmarana o repetir un nombre divino es la forma más fácil de alcanzar la liberación en esta era. Bhajan es una práctica devocional de cantar nombres, descripciones, sentimientos o poesía con alegría y la atmósfera con amor.

Cada mes presentaré un nuevo bhajan/kirtan de mi tradición así como la explicación y/o historia. Luego puede aprender la canción en su propio tiempo y cantarla en su práctica personal. Las grabaciones estarán disponibles después.
